We went deep into analyzing global trends and market dynamics; the target group’s behavior and perceptions around healthcare and e-health through in-depth interviews worldwide; the playfield in terms of competitive apps, functionalities, benefits offered and communication; and the key unique selling points of this new-to-market, pioneer, revolutionary mobile app. Based on the conclusions of this in-depth analysis, we finetuned the functionality of the app and gave birth to the Lifepal brand – Your friend for Life!, based on a concrete positioning, equity, brand character and values which have been reflected on the app itself and on its website www.lifepal.app which was designed by our partners at Webarts.
